MY DIET PLAN

muahhaha!!guess what !! i want to do my diet plan.. since my weight is ...orz.. hate to say this, but that the reality. okey!! first i want to start with my challenge!! may be it will be around in 4 month!! YOSH FIGHTING!! ganbattee!!
so far ... i have made some research about losing my weight..
well What IS REALLY IMPORTANT in losing weight is

1.drinking a lot lot lot of water...
may be in 6 L per day, we all know that we should drink 8 glasses of water/day but what i want to highlight here is we should count OUR BODY WEIGHT WITH THE WATER WE NEEDED
 ( Ur body weight X 0.07= litters of water u should drink/day)
by the way water has '0' calories...

2. count your calories
That's my weakness here...how can i count my calories when i'm really busy to do these things...so i just assume when i ate 'nasi'.
But i can count when do others things such as read the food labelled. okey...

3. before sleeping do not eat anything at least 4 hours..hmmmmmm,, i'll try

4. exersice at least 3 times a week.
i'll try...but do not sure...hehhehee... i think i will take stairs instead of elevator

5.finally, eat at least 3-5 meals per day in a small quantity
this is important because it will keep ur metabolisms working and burn a lot of calories...
i think there's many more about losing weight.. so for further information do some research or google lah...
but this what will i do...
